Frequently asked questions

How do I place a delivery order?+

Sign up — your USA warehouse address appears in your account. Use it as the delivery address in the store. When the store ships your purchase, add its tracking number in your account — from then on the parcel is expected at our warehouse and you follow the statuses.

How do you work at the warehouse?+

We receive and check the parcel; with the “Photo” service we photograph the contents. On request we consolidate several shipments into one and pack them. Everything is visible in your account before shipping.

How long does delivery take?+

Usually 2–3 weeks from dispatch — depending on the route and the recipient’s city. During sales and holidays it may take longer; we notify you of any delays.

How do I pay for delivery?+

You pay for delivery from our warehouse to your door by card or from your account balance. The item itself and shipping to the US warehouse you pay in the store yourself — or order a buyout from us and we purchase the item for you.

Which stores can I buy from?+

Any US stores that deliver within the country. If a store doesn’t accept your card — message support, we’ll suggest options.

Can I combine parcels?+

Yes — we combine several inbound parcels into one shipment to save on delivery. You can also split one into several.

Customs limits and duties?+

The duty-free limit for personal parcels is €200 per shipment; a 15% duty applies to the amount above it. Limits may change, so sometimes it’s cheaper to order items in separate parcels.

Insurance and if an item is damaged?+

The parcel contents are visible in your account; with the “Photo” service we also send photos. Optionally you can insure the shipment; if damaged in transit, we’ll help arrange compensation.

How do I return an item?+

Returns follow the store’s terms. We can help return the parcel to the seller while it hasn’t shipped from the US warehouse.

How do I calculate the delivery cost?+

Cost depends on weight (rounded) and dimensions. If the volumetric weight is greater than the actual one, the calculation uses it. Estimate the amount in the calculator; the exact figure is shown after the parcel arrives at the warehouse.

Which items can’t be ordered?+

Items withdrawn from circulation by law are prohibited (weapons, explosive and flammable substances, narcotics, etc.). The full list is on the “Prohibited items” page. In doubt — message us before ordering.
